Our single origin Brazil Santos is a Fine Cup coffee bought to meet our flavour profile. We have a typical Arabica from Brazil - Soft and smooth. It is dry-processed, meaning the beans are patio-dried while they are still in the cherry.
Since the coffee is dried in contact with the sweet mucilage, the cup profile is heavy in body, sweet, smooth, and complex.
Each box of 10 Coffee Bags has 10 individually wrapped bags filled with 8g of ground Tail Wagger, sealed in a protective environment to keep fresh and maintain the amazing flavours.
