Shipping policy

Our normal method of shipment is Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24. Please allow 1-3 working days from time of ordering for delivery with Tracked 24 and 2-4 working days for Tracked 48. We generally roast in frequent small batches, but sometimes online client orders coincide with larger wholesale batch orders and order fulfillment can then happen with day old roasted beans.

All orders are shipped within the UK only and only to a specific address with a postcode.

Damaged in transit product should returned to: Morningdog Coffee Ltd, 65 Ladywood Drive, Aboyne, AB34 5HA. Firstly take a photo of damage and send to jamie@morningdogcoffee.com. Must be carried out within 7 days of receipt. Once approval given, then return when we have provided a returns label for an exchange. A credit will be offered against shipping costs if we can't provide a shipping label.

Depending on where you are, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
