Our single origin Brazil Santos is a Fine Cup coffee bought to meet our flavour profile. We have a typical Arabica from Brazil - Soft and smooth. It is dry-processed, meaning the beans are patio-dried while they are still in the cherry.
Since the coffee is dried in contact with the sweet mucilage, the cup profile is heavy in body, sweet, smooth, and complex.
Each 80g sachet will give a regular brew of filter coffee with 1.7 litres of fresh water. and a strong brew with 1.2 litres.
