Our single origin Brazil Santos is a Fine Cup coffee bought to meet our flavour profile. We have a typical Arabica from Brazil - Soft and smooth. It is dry-processed, meaning the beans are patio-dried while they are still in the cherry.
Since the coffee is dried in contact with the sweet mucilage, the cup profile is heavy in body, sweet, smooth, and complex.

An exquisite, rich body with flavours of creamy hazelnuts, complimented by sweet syrupy caramel and rich liquorice. Each 80g sachet will give a regular brew of filter coffee with 1.7 litres of fresh water and a strong brew with 1.2 litres. Comes in a case size of 50 sachets.
FOR THE BEST TASTING COFFEE:
- Use one full sachet per brew
- Open the filter coffee sachet just before use
- Use one filter paper per brew, ensure it is pushed flat against the filter pan
- Use freshly drawn cold water
- Unless you are using a flask or Airpot, coffee should be consumed within 45 minutes of brewing
- NEVER re-heat or re-cycle coffee, or re-use grounds
- Make sure your machine is de-scaled and clean.
