Every 3 months we'll be bringing you 4 new coffees in strictly limited quantites. These coffees are carefully selected from a broad range of coffee producing countries and are only available in micro lots.
Whilst they may have the same country of origin and bean type that are our staple offering, these coffees are from different farms, high quality and only available in extremely small quantities.
This selection is May through July and an excellent line up it is for this quarter!

This season’s rare offering of specialty pink bourbon comes to us from Finca Nazaret, a farm located in one of Colombia’s most celebrated coffee growing regions Huila. Known for high elevations between 1,500 and 1,700 meters above sea level and rich volcanic soils, the area benefits from a climate well suited to producing coffees with clarity and complexity.
We chose this coffee for its combination of clarity and character. In the cup, this coffee delights with soft floral aromatics, followed by notes of rose, apricot, and tangerine. It is bright yet balanced, with a silky body and a clean, lingering sweetness. We only have a very limited amount of this coffee so if you want it please don't hesitate!

This coffee is grown in the western highlands of El Salvador, within the renowned Apaneca Ilamatepec region, one of the country’s most distinguished and historic coffee producing areas. It is produced by the Holman family at Finca Santa Isabel, a farm set within a dramatic volcanic landscape at high elevations. Here, cool mountain temperatures combine with rich, mineral dense soils to create exceptional conditions for cultivating high quality Arabica coffee.
This coffee presents a vibrant red berry sweetness up front, bringing a lively, juicy character to the cup. Floral notes add a delicate aromatic lift, softening the profile with a clean, perfumed elegance. A smooth milk chocolate base rounds everything out, giving the cup a comforting sweetness and creamy finish that lingers gently on the palate.

Situated in the Gedeo Zone, part of the wider Yirgacheffe region in southern Ethiopia. Kochere Estate presents this season’s distinctive Ethiopian heirloom, an offering from a region widely regarded as the birthplace of coffee. Deeply rooted in both legend and history, Ethiopia’s highlands are where wild coffee was first discovered, and that legacy continues to shape every harvest today. The landscape here is defined by rolling hills, fertile valleys, and dramatic mountain terrain, where high elevations between 1900 - 2100 masl and a unique microclimate shape the coffee’s remarkable character.
This coffee captures the distinctive character of Yirgacheffe, offering bright floral and citrus notes with a subtle hint of raspberry. A smooth clementine body is complemented by gentle floral sweetness, while white tea notes add elegance and clarity. The result is a refined cup with a light, delicate finish.

Located in southern Minas Gerais, this season’s selected Brazil Yellow Bourbon traces its origins back to the 1930s. Renowned for its distinctive appearance and refined cup profile, it has long been recognised as one of Brazil’s most celebrated coffee varieties and remains a rarer offering in today’s market. It is grown at elevations above 1,000 meters across a vast 20,000-square-kilometre region, where nearly 70% of the farms can be worked manually thanks to the gently rolling terrain.
This coffee has been selected not just for its rare offering on the market, but also for its delicately balanced notes of soft floral sweetness layered with gentle juicy black grape, that lead into a smooth finish of roasted hazelnut. A refined cup with a clean, graceful character.
